Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette

As I have mentioned before I'm all about fresh salad dressing. This little number is tart, a little sweet and oh so delicious!

What You'll Need:
1/2 cup of white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. (I like to mix it in a mason jar. Throw the lid on and shake! It's the perfect way to mix it all up!) Serve immediately. Store any leftovers at room temperature.

Note: I like the flavor of vinegar so I go heavier on the vinegar and lighter on the oil, but you can always reverse the proportions if you like and add 1/2 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of vinegar.

One tip I have, that my family has been doing for awhile now, with honey is
that you try different varieties each time you make the recipe so it never wears out.
Our favorite place to buy honey is from
Holy Food Imports

Interesting. I always get my honey from my dad. I'm partial to light honeys so when he has a light crop he saves me a bunch of jars. I use honey in a lot of things since I have a ready source.
