An Unexpected Trip
Last Wednesday evening we found out that my grandmother on my mom's side had passed away so we had to make an unexpected trip to Tennessee. We just got back. We'll probably be busy playing catch up with school and life the next few days so I'm not sure when blogging will return to normal, but I've got a few restaurants in Roanoke, Virginia to tell you about that we ate at along the way down and back! I've also got the recipe for the Creamy Kale Soup I made last Wednesday night to share and I'm sure I'll be cooking up something wonderful tomorrow to share too! ;o)
