What's For Dinner?

Alexis and I are having Mexican Stuffed Peppers.

What are you having?

Update: 4:49 pm: I forgot Jamison has a meeting tonight so we're going to do Chinese instead.

It was a bit cold last night and I got a massive traffic jam on the way home - my husband bought some delicious Italian bread and I made a vegetable soup (for him, with beef) and served it sprinkled with grated parmesan. I made it in a heart beat and it was a delicious choice for a Monday!

(I'm sorry for the long comment, I've become a big fan of you blog, Dianne!)

I LOVE soup! I eat it year round, though I know of those that only eat it when it's cold. (I have a friend that refuses to eat soup unless it's below freezing outside!)

Glad you enjoy my blog! I really enjoy putting it together! :o)
