What's For Dinner?
Alexis and Jamison love spaghetti and I'm utterly bored with that dish. I've been trying to put them off, but tonight I'm going to make some for them. I however am going to make some homemade spinach ravioli with mushrooms. I'm also baking a gluten free loaf of French bread.
What are you having?

Italian sausage, cabbage, and potatoes all cooked in the same pot. The sausage flavors the cabbage and potatoes. It's another of those really easy, hearty, and good recipes. I love those types.

It is past 5 pm and still over 100 degrees. I ordered Indian take-out. Shrimp for me, and chicken for my husband. My sister is a vegan and loves Indian food and I could see why, there are so many cool veggie choices. I don't know if I like okra or not, but I ordered it just to try it.

I finally made the zuppa Toscana (to use the Kale from this week). :)

I don't like to cook either when it's that warm!
I've only found one way in which I can eat kale. Otherwise I'm just not a fan! :o)
