What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

Tonight Alexis and I are having some pan grilled shrimp with dill and also I'll grill some asparagus with a little extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and pepper. We'll probably have some sort of side salad too and we'll grill a burger for Jamison on a gluten free bun.

What are you having?

Grilled flank steak, baked potatoes, and asparagus sauted in a little browned butter with kosher salt, cracked pepper and just a little lemon juice.

I'm going to grill an applewood smoked ham steak, and I was thinking how fun it would be to make green eggs and ham for dinner. However, I'm the only one here that loves breakfast for dinner, so... I'll be making potato au gratin and peas with pearl onions to go with the ham!

Cyd, that sounds great!

Noelle, I've always wanted to make Green Eggs and Ham, but never have!

I love Dr. Seuss, and with green food coloring it's fun and easy!
