What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

Jamison has an appointment tonight so it's just me and Miss G for dinner and I have no clue what we're going to have yet. Most likely it will be something along the lines of a salad or sandwich, but I just don't know. We might make some soup, since Alexis has asked for it the past couple of days. We'll see what the afternoon brings.

What are you having?

Update: 6:58 PM: We ended up doing ultra simple. I had strawberries and avocado. Alexis had strawberries, banana and grapes. it was cool, refreshing and healthy!

I'm thinking probably some sort of salad with all the goodies and lovely vinegar we got at the farmers market today! :-)

Many years ago in the coupon section of the Sunday paper, Kikkoman published a New Year's Fried Rice and a Cashew/Mandarin Orange Chicken recipe that was outstanding. Somehow I lost the recipe, but I emailed Kikkoman, and luckily they had it in their archives. That's what's for dinner!

Oh, Dianne, I always want to have something good for dinner to impress you with. Last night was supposed to be chicken parmesan, arugula salad, and vanilla cupcakes (it was Sabrina's birthday). We had the salad and cake - see my blog for the reason why.
Tonight? David's making bolognese sauce right now so we'll see if we are able to eat it tonight.

Isn't the Farmer's Market cool? I just love this time of year!

Anything with cashews sounds good to me!

You guys give me such great ideas! I'm always impressed with what you're making. As you can see we ended up pretty boring tonight, but boring is good sometimes. :o)
