What's For Dinner?

For Jamison I'm making a broiled t-bone steak with a no-salt seasoning blend that has everything from garlic to bell pepper to oregano in it, along with some standard mashed potatoes.

For Alexis and me I'm going to broil a salmon steak with a little dill and some asparagus. Alexis is not a fan of any type of mashed potatoes, so she'll sit that side dish out. I think I'll kick mine up a little with some fresh rosemary and some labneh.

We'll also have some wilted spinach for Alexis and me as well. I think I'm also going to try and make Jamison some gluten free rolls too. We'll see how they turn out!

We got our box from the farm today -- and I was going to cook some of our fresh veggies for dinner -- but I'm not so sure that I really want to boil water to wash all of them . . . so we'll see.

I have some bbq chicken in the freezer that I can reheat, and some mac and cheese, too, but I may be too lazy to wash all those dishes (again, with boiled water!). So, I may be lazy again and send Ben out for some take-out.

My kids aren't mashed potato fans either.

We're having spaghetti and meatballs with a big greens salad.

I receive a box of local organic produce every week too! Today I'm going to make an arugula and basil salad with shrimp.

Boiling water no fun! I hope your water service is back to normal soon!

I've always wanted to make spaghetti and meatballs, but I never have...

It's definitely salad season! I'm thinking about a salad tonight for dinner. Not sure yet though.
