What's For Dinner?

Tonight we're having barbeque chicken, sweet corn, roasted sweet potatoes for Alexis and I, a baked potato for Jamison and a side salad.
What are you having?

I wouldn't say boring, perhaps basic, and there is nothing at all wrong with basic...Sometimes basic really hits the spot! :o)

Baked chicken and garlic butter green beans. My never fail meal.

I think this might be called Chicken Veronique (I don't know why I think this, maybe I saw it on TV?) but basically it's just grilled chicken with grapes, white wine, chicken stock, and cream. I do know that it is fast, easy, and delicious. I am pondering what equally easy side to make with this! Any suggestions? I like everything in the world except for grapefruit.

Baked chicken is always good!
A side dish...Let me think...Spinach with a little garlic would be good, or maybe roasted mushrooms?
