What's For Dinner?
We're doing super easy tonight and I threw a pot roast into the slower cooker since Katherine, Nelson and Grant are over today. I'll make a tossed salad and some roasted potatoes to round out the meal.

I don't usually make chicken two nights in a row, however, tonight's flavors are so different that I think it'll fly. The chicken is an early RR that has orange juice concentrate, smoked almonds, and bourbon. The baguette has butter, orange marmalade, and hot sauce. The salad is romaine lettuce and watercress with a dijon dressing. It really is a delicious dinner.

Chicken is so versatile. You can make some many different things with it and it's not like you're eating the same thing over and over.
We were too hot to cook a week or so ago. Hope you're finding ways to stay cool!
