What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

Today you get four nights for the price of one since I was having some blog issues the past few days! ;oP

Monday my parents were visiting and we had homemade pizza.

Tuesday night my mom and I had chili dogs, Jamison and my Dad had hamburger "steaks" and Alexis had veggies. We also had some tomato slices, tater (I hate that word!) tots and some fresh sweet corn.

Last night we had roasted rosemary lemon chicken and mashed potatoes.

Tonight Jamison is having a steak and some roasted potatoes and I'm going to make a casserole/bake with wild rice, yellow squash and zucchini for Alexis and me along with a salad.

What are you having?

Last night we had spinach infused turkey burgers and your thyme corn. I bought whole wheat buns, but it turns out I didn't read the label carefully enough at the store. They are fake healthy buns. I served the burgers over arugula and tomatoes with a roasted red bell pepper/olive oil dressing and skipped the buns altogether. It was so delicious! Tonight we are having filet mignon, scallops for me, and roasted asparagus.

Wow, people are eating well tonight. We're having one of our favorites, breakfast for dinner with fruit filled pancakes, eggs and bacon.

I did that last week! I grabbed a package that said whole grain, but then got home and the actually read the package and the stupid things have high fructose corn syrup in them! Who gives a flying fig if they are whole grain if they have HFC in them...That sort of defeats the purpose!

Breakfast for dinner is always fun! Fruit filled pancakes sound fabulous!
