Pad Thai! We were going to have that yesterday but the Asian grocery was closed so we had beef and broccoli yesterday and move the pad thai to tonight!

Chicken potpie and fried green tomatoes. It's a comfort food night.

Can't decide between a baked pasta with chicken sausage and bell pepper or flat iron steak with broccoli...better decide soon!

I bought some seasoned Frenched rack of lamb from Trader Joe's which bakes in the oven in 25 minutes! Green beans and salad will be the sides.

Carrie, A new grill...How fun! Thanks for the award by the way! I'm thinking of my 5 now. :o)

Rachel, I've never actually had Pad Thai...Sound interesting though!

Leann, left overs are always good. I usually make single portions lately for many things though. :o)

Sisterpooh, sounds like an interesting cobbler. Minus the apricot I'm all on board! ;o)

Steph, Sometimes you just need a good comfort food night and chicken pot pie is one of my all time favorite comfort foods! :o)

Karen, they both sound fabulous to me! :o)

Noelle, I've been craving green beans lately. I need to see if they have them at the Farmer's Market yet! :o)
