Tonight Alexis and I are having red beans and rice. Jamison is having a steak and some plain rice.

We have a lot of leftovers from last night. I was starving when I ordered the Indian takeout. I ordered two kinds of shrimp, 1 chicken dish, lentils, spinach, peas, yogurt, veggie rice, and naan bread. If I was a vegetarian, I think I could live on Indian food because they make so many delicious meatless dishes. I could live without meat, but not shrimp!

leftover veggies from the farm and mac and cheese. I'm adding fish (frozen breaded from TJs) tonight b/c it was time to freeze the bbq chicken we had from the other night.

I've gone without all meat but fish many times for months at a time. I always end up slipping though and eating meat. I just crave it.

We had fish last night. The left overs made an awesome fish sandwich!
