What's For Dinner?

In sticking with last night's simple and easy theme, tonight we're having homemade pizza. It's slightly cooler today with a cold front (which is such a relative term in the summer!) that blew through yesterday so turning on the oven isn't as big of a deal.
What are you having?

You're right. The (relatively) cooler weather may be a good time to fire up the oven. Unless we can get to the store today, though, it'll be frozen pizza for dinner.

We had chicken that I marinated over night and grilled. I love cooking chicken like this! On a sheet of foil on the grill. I use a whole chicken, cut up the middle so it cooks faster. We also had grilled beets, hot and sweet peppers, onions and cherry tomatoes. Not a bad meal - although we didn't get to eat until almost 9.

I'm making some homemade buns that we'll use tonight - cheeseburgers, I imagine. We're on the tail end of our stash of homemade mustard, gotta make more of that. Lemonade and fresh strawberries with whipped cream for dessert.

Stirfry is always a good choice!
I have to admit...I much prefer cooler weather to summer. Summer is by far my least favorite season!
That sounds amazing Allie!
I've been thinking about making some homemade buns myself. I think that is on the agenda for tomorrow afternoon! Oh and homemade mustard sounds fabulous! I've never heard of that before!
