What's For Dinner?

Tonight we're going the healthy route. I'm going to make Jamison some stir fry for dinner. I may have stir fry as well, or I may make a few sushi rolls. Alexis wants edamame with her rice instead of stir fry so that works too.
What are you having?

This is really kind of funny in a 21st century way, but I'm going to make what Cathy posted on her blog this morning - scallops with champagne grapes and almonds: http://noblepig.com/2008/08/11/a-tiny-addiction.aspx
Doesn't that looks just great?

That does look fabulous! I love those little champagne grapes, but I had never thought about cooking with them.
My favorite grape is the concord grape. I look forward to those little gems all year! It's almost time for them...I can't wait! :o)

Soups is a great choice on a dreary day! And anything with sweet potato in it sounds fabulous to me! :o)
