What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

I'm a little under the weather today. Alexis waking up multiple times a night with nightmares, paired with my fall allergies and a slight fever, is making me generally blah. We're doing ultra simple comfort food tonight in the form of slow cooker lasagna! I'll throw it in at 3 and dinner will be ready around 6.

What are you having?

Now if you'll excuse me, Jamison is with Alexis at the dentist so I took a shower and now am going to go rest for a bit before they return.

I tried to make a squid (frozen from Trader Joe's) pasta recipe that I found, and it was sad! It's my fault because it called for fresh basil and I subbed dried, and who knows what else I did wrong. The squid itself was yummy, it was the sauce that was a sleeper. Boo! I'm still hungry. I may pick out the squid and throw it in a salad.

Noelle, I have heard of other instances where TJ recipes didn't quite turn out that great. Sorry it was a bust for you!

Megan, thanks...Chicken soup would have been fabulous! :o)
