What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

Tonight we're going to have pan grilled flank steak; plain for Jamison, with spinach for Alexis and with spinach and feta for me. Jamison and Alexis are going to have roasted potatoes and I'm going to use some left over mashed potatoes and makes some potato pancakes for me. I'm also going to attempt a new gluten free biscuit for Jamison.

What are you having?

I want to have flank steak with spinach and feta for dinner tonight. Do you have a recipe or should I just wing it? My spinach never has enough flavor.

I usually just top mine with wilted spinach, a squeeze of lemon juice, a little salt and pepper and some feta chunks. It's simple, but it tastes really good!

I made fajitas with red onion, red pepper, and tomato. I served them with refried beans, sliced radishes, and avocado.

Hannah, sometimes it's nice to do ultra simple for dinner!

Noelle, fajitas are always a favorite around here!
