What's For Dinner?

Tonight Jamison has a midterm. I'm not quite sure what we are going to have, but I'm thinking of something in the quiche family perhaps. Then again maybe not. I just don't know!
What are you having?

I think we're having 'breakfast for dinner' (pancakes and sausage and fruit).

I made my daughter's Tuna Casserole recipe. It made so much, I took a dish over to the folks for their dinner tonight. I will be putting the recipe up at the blog in a few days. I never liked it until she gave me this grandson tested and approved recipe last year.

Breakfast for dinner is always good!
I've never found a tuna casserole that I like. I will be interested to see your recipe when you post it!

Quiche - what a great idea! I've got half a container of ricotta, and I'll dig through the vegetables. Thanks - I couldn't think of anything to make!!
