What's For Dinner?

I've got a small pork roast in the slow cooker. We'll have some roasted asparagus and baked apple for Alexis and me, and a baked potato for Jamison.
What are you having?

I made some mac and cheese yesterday with some sausage but, I have some thawed ground beef out that I may just make in a stew with potatoes for the cool weather we are having here in Texas. Yeah Fall!

We are either going to have a Asian Salad or just plan old cereal. Our Dad is out of town so we really don't make "real meals" when he is gone:)

Pork roast sounds so good. I have been thinking about making that. It's on sale this week; I will probably buy some tomorrow.
Tonight I had a leftover rotisserie chicken thigh that I had froze last week for a busy no-cook day. Glad I did, because today was that day.
Plus, I had a baked sweet potato and roasted cauliflower, greenbeans, mushrooms and leeks that I made last night.

Esther, I love simple and easy for dinner!
Annie, I love to pull things out of the freezer and have them ready to go in no time. It sounds fabulous!
