What's For Dinner?

Tonight we're doing simple. I have no clue what yet, but it's going to be easy and no cook. It's been a very long day and I'm exhausted! It's one of those rare days where I don't feel anything like cooking!
What are you having?

I cooked a huge dinner on Saturday -- so we're having leftovers. Pot roast and potatoes, steamed carrots, fried green tomatoes, zucchini, homemade rolls and chocolate cake for dessert!
Wanna come over so you don't have to cook? :)

If it didn't involve me having to get in the car and drive there I'd take you up on that! I foresee a very early night for me as in as soon as Lex goes to sleep! :o)

We're having beef stew in the slow cooker and Italian bread (Peter Reinhart's recipe). I had the day off from work. =)

Beef stew sounds great! Tomorrow's recipe is actually for beef stew. I made some a week or so ago!
