What's For Dinner?

Jamison has class this evening (if the weather cooperates) so Alexis and I are going to have chili and cornbread. It's been snowing on and off all morning, with more snow on the way tonight and it just seems like a hot chili sort of day!
What are you having?

Chili and cornbread sounds wonderful!
Tonight I had leftovers from Sunday dinner which was...
Split chicken breasts braised in red wine with green olives. Sort of a spin on Mary Ann Esposito's Ciao Italia recipe. It was yummy!

Snow and chili - what a great combo! We are having white bean and rosemary soup, and get this - homemade bread! Can you believe it? I still can't believe I made bread!
