What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

Tonight we're having a dinner that takes me back to my childhood! Smoked pork chops, mashed potatoes, peas, spinach and buttermilk biscuits. Jamison will have some gluten free rolls instead.

What are you having?

It's chilly and damp here, so I'm thinking soup. Not sure exactly what kind yet. I have leeks, so they'll be going in, and probably potatoes.

um . . . if you're having that, I'm coming to your house for dinner!!! :)

That's my favorite comfort food!

We're having Christmas dinner leftovers -- so I have dressing, sweet potatoes, turkey and cranberry sauce out of the freezer and I'll add spinach ('cause I have some I need to cook) and rolls to go with it. :)

Last night, chicken parm, manicotti, and mixed greens with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. YUM!

Soup is always good when it's damp and cold!

Good luck making it up the driveway Sisterpooh! ;oP

Chicken parm and manicotti sounds fabulous!
