What's For Dinner?

What's For Dinner Graphic

Wow...What a morning! We did lessons, ate lunch and then I just spent the past two hours shoveling ice. Snow I actually enjoy shoveling...I'm weird like that! But ice on the other hand...Not so much! But needless to say I'm beat, so no recipe today...My arms are shaking! There will be a bonus cupcake recipe tomorrow, even though it's Friday, to celebrate my 2nd blogaversary...2 years...How is that possible?

Anyway, I'm not sure what we're having for dinner yet, but possibly something in the Mexican family, IF I actually have sour cream. The main drive (which is about .2 miles long) is still covered in ice and I don't particularly see myself shoveling my way out of that to satisfy my need for sour cream! Hopefully it will melt soon! If I don't have any sour cream (and I don't think I do), then it's back to the drawing board!

What are you having?

I have a turkey in the oven, but it's for tomorrow. (The folks are under the weather.)Tonight it is tuna pasta salad. A fake taste of summer.

I've been thinking a lot lately about tuna noodle casserole, which is strange because I never really cared for it, but for some reason I just can't stop thinking about trying something along those lines!
