What's For Dinner?
Jamison has class this evening so it's just me and Miss G for dinner. I'm going to make a Mexican type casserole playing around with a recipe from childhood.

that sounds yummy! we're having venison tenderloin steaks with... not sure yet, lol.

Alexis has been wanting to try venison. Jamison's dad brought me some when he was here in December, but it's still in the freezer. My mom made it occasionally when I was a child. She pan fried it and it was really good.
