Alexis requested pork chops so we're having smoked pork chops, mashed potatoes, peas and cooked apples.

We had that yummy soup last night. Tell me about your smoked pork chops - how do you do those?

I get them from the store already smoked. Growing up that was the only kind of pork chops my mom made. I didn't even know there was a non-smoked version until after Jamison and I married. Sad, but true. I like to bake them at 375 for 20-30 minutes. They are really tasty!
Oh and that soup really looked great!
