What's For Dinner?

Hey everyone, busy day here, but what else is new? No recipe today, but then again you probably already figured that out! ;oP
I have some ground chicken thawing and I'm going to play around with a ground chicken Sloppy Joe. Jamison will have a regular burger and Alexis will most likely want left over soup. I'm also going to make some oven fries.
What are you having?

Sloppy joes are always a great idea no matter what type of ground meat you use.
I think we're having short ribs - although I may have put them in the slow cooker too late.

We're having Maple-Mustard Roasted Pork Chops with Roasted Potatoes (If I can get home in time to give the chops a fair marinade!). Otherwise, we're having meatloaf and saving the pork chops for tomorrow. ;-)

The Sloppy Joes turned out great! I'll share the recipe soon.
Pork chops or meatloaf sound great to me! Those pork chops look fabulous!
