What's For Dinner?
It's a really rainy and dreary day today and I'm in the mood for soup! Alexis and I are going to have some sort of tomato based soup, but I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to put in it yet. Jamison is having a left over steak, with a baked potato.
What are you having?

We're having pasta, and I'm in the process of roasting up a huge pan of veggies -- green and yellow zucchini, summer squash, red and green bell peppers, a red onion and a bunch of whole mushrooms. YUM! We'll have all of that with some fabulous stretch bread from a bakery downtown. Can't wait!

We are having grilled turkey burgers sprinkled with Mrs. Dash and mozzarella flavored Veggie Shreds (lactose & gluten free cheese alternative that's actually pretty tasty) in pita bread with a green salad on the side.

Cheryl, that sounds fabulous! I did something similar, but made soup with some of the same ingredients.
Noelle, I've become quite fond of chicken burgers myself. I've used ground turkey in other things, but haven't made burgers out of them.
Jamison likes the Rice Shreds, which are made by the same company as the Veggie Shreds. They really taste like the real thing!
