What's For Dinner? The I Don't Have A Clue Edition!
OK...Today I don't have a clue! I'm in a blah sort of mood and nothing I can think of sounds good to me right now. I don't know what we will end up having! Inspire me people! ;oP

I am going to bake chicken parmesan with fresh thyme, rosemary and parsley and no breading.

I was going to make cabbage rolls, but Nelson talked me into getting some brats (chicken and garlic - yum!) at TJs. So, we'll have those and some veggies -- and maybe even some potato salad if I have time (since I still need to MAKE the cabbage rolls tonight -- although I'm planning on prepping them and freezing them for later. :)

Spaghetti cooked in chicken stock, then tossed with assorted veggies which were sauteed. I don't know what to call it other than pasta and veggies. Fresh mozarella and home grown tomatoes. mmmm I love summer.
