What's For Dinner?

Tonight we're having pulled pork, roasted fingerling potatoes, corn on the cob and a tomato salad.

Your dinner sounds much better than mine. It's breakfast Thursday night and we're having scrambled egg pizza with sausage and green pepper.

A scrambled egg pizza sounds very good! Never heard of that before, but it makes me want to make one!

We are having turkey burgers in toasted pita bread. I shred red cabbage, carrots, and zucchini and toss it with white wine vinegar and olive oil to make my version of a cole slaw and put that inside the turkey pita.

I'm going out with the gals tonight --so it's Sticky Fingers BBQ!

You're the second time in five minutes I've seen a post about pulled (BBQ'd) pork. And that's a good thing. Dang, now I want pulled pork!

Sounds good Noelle!
Dar, gals nights are always fun. Hope you had a blast!
Glenna, it was good. I'd share if you were closer. :o)

BLT and watermelon and cantaloupe. I got the tomatoes from my garden. Tomatoes have been a bit late here. It is because we have had a very mild and wet summer.

I love BLTs this time of year when the tomatoes are fresh! Ours have been late coming in too. We've had a very mild summer as well. Can't complain though...I HATE hot weather!
