What's For Dinner?

Tonight is homemade pizza night! Jamison gets pepperoni, ground beef, Parmesan and mozzarella on a gluten free crust. Lex is getting a personal sized black olives, Parmesan and Mozzarella on a regular crust. I'm also getting a personal size on regular crust, but I'm not sure what I'm going to put on it yet...
What are you having?

Oooh, sounds excellent! Can't beat homemade.
Forgive me if you've posted about this before, but what's in your gluten-free crust? I'm always on the lookout for the "best" GF crust recipe.

I actually use the French Bread/Pizza Crust mix from Gluten Free Pantry.

I am mixing a jar of garlic salsa with fake ground beef and veg refried beans and making some delicious tacos. Tony tops his with cilantro, I top mine with avocado and sour cream - delish!

I have to say that when I was a kid, I only did Pepperoni, but as I've gotten older I really like the veggie pizzas. Throw on some feta cheese and I like it even better...

When I was a kid we always ate the equivalent of a supreme pizza, but now I'm mostly a veggie pizza kind of girl too. Sometimes, once in a blue moon, I'll add meat, but it's rare. I even like goat cheese on mine too!
